BPM’s Delivery Method

BPM’s delivery method is a deliverable-driven approach, supported by our Triple-ISO accredited Quality Management System and streamlined through our Project Execution Model (PEM) Workflows.

Our PEM Workflows are a subset of the Project Execution Manual and have been designed to provide a clear framework for our project managers, streamlining execution and ensuring consistent, successful project delivery. The objective of each PEM Workflow is to illustrate the “Big Picture” for each phase of the Capital Projects Lifecycle driving certainty around scheduling and resource availability.

Design Basis, Cost Estimate Basis and Schedule Basis are critical early deliverables as they shape and direct the Workflow of the Capital Project Lifecyle phase.
