Project Scope​

Performance of FEED study for the replacement of thirteen (13) and removal of four (4) docklines located in a major hazard facility to ensure that the pipelines met a design life of 50 years. ​

BPM’s scope of work included:​

• Cost estimate of project to AACEI Class 3 (-20%/+30% accuracy)​
• Preliminary schedule and outage durations to allow for early planning​
• Facilitate a preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA) workshop with Client.
• Undertake Process design for proposed new docklines to AS2885 including but not limited to pipe dimensions, pressure and temperature limits, stress criteria and fluid velocity​
• Preliminary design of replacement pipelines.
