BPM was engaged to perform a Front-End Loading Review for a Carbon Capture & Storage Project. Our Front-End Loading technique accelerated the project by establishing the baseline of information alongside the expertise of our advisors to inform the development of the FEED scope of work.

Upon client request, BPM’s role progressed to participate as a part of an independent review team. The focus was to provide technical and regulatory due diligence and inform the commercial development of the project. This included site appraisal, FEED, permitting and supporting the Final Investment Decision (FID).
